Thank you for visiting my site. I appreciate the opportunity to tell you a little about myself, my experience, and the approach I take with every client I have the privilege of working with. I have spent more than 15 years in the mortgage industry, helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important financial decisiowns of their lives.  Recognized as a member of the UNMB Leadership Team since 2021 for outstanding sales performance, I serve as both a Senior Loan Officer and manager, combining hands-on mortgage origination with leadership and industry expertise.

 

Integrity is the foundation of my business. I believe a mortgage should never feel like simply a transaction. My goal is to build lasting relationships, educate my clients throughout the process, and provide financing solutions tailored to their individual circumstances and long-term goals. I work with everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced homeowners and real estate investors, with extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, FHA 203(k), and VA financing. I also specialize in alternative lending solutions for self-employed borrowers, investors, and clients whose financial profiles may not fit traditional lending guidelines. These programs include DSCR, bank statement, 1099-only, profit-and-loss, and asset-qualifier loans, among other financing options.  Every borrower's financial picture is different. Rather than trying to fit a client into a particular loan program, I take a consultative approach—understanding the complete picture first and then identifying the most viable financing strategy available.

 

Education Is a Major Part of What I Do

One of the most rewarding parts of my career is having the opportunity to guide and educate people about homeownership and financial preparedness. After more than 15 years in this industry, I have seen firsthand how much of a difference the right information can make. Whether I am helping someone prepare to purchase their first home, understand their credit, evaluate different mortgage options, or navigate a more complex financial situation, my goal is for every client to understand not only what we are doing, but why. I believe financial literacy is an area where many people simply haven't been given enough education or resources. I take tremendous pride in making the road to homeownership feel more understandable and attainable. Knowledge creates confidence, and an informed borrower is better equipped to make sound financial decisions.

 

A Little About Me

On a personal note, I am a Long Island resident, homeowner, and real estate investor who was born and raised in New York City and Queens. Outside of work, the most important part of my life is my family. I am the proud mom of a 3-year-old son, who is without question my greatest accomplishment and favorite person to spend time with. I enjoy traveling and am a lifelong Jets, Mets, and Knicks fan. I am also passionate about giving back, particularly through work with youth and helping children recognize their potential, discover their interests, and understand that their circumstances do not have to define their future.
