Thank you for visiting my site.  I am excited at the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself so that you’re comfortable with your decision to work with me.

I have been in real estate and mortgage finance for over 15 years.  Integrity is the foundation of my business. I believe a mortgage is not just a transaction and should be about building relationships and helping my customers achieve their home financing goals.  As a licensed UNMB Home Loans Inc. mortgage loan originator, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each home financing solution to meet my clients’ needs.   I work with both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors and have extensive knowledge on all conventional, FHA, 203K rehabilitation and VA loan programs.  I can also do reverse mortgages for seniors and USDA loans.

ALTERNATIVE LENDING PRODUCTS for investors or self-employed borrowers, including but not limited to DSCR, bank statement, 1099-only, P&L, and asset qualifier loans.  My objective is to find the most viable loan option to meet your needs.

On a personal note, I am a Long Island resident and homeowner.  I was born and raised in NYC and Queens, NY.   When not working,  I enjoy travel and am an avid Jets, Mets and Knicks fan.   I volunteer with youth groups and am passionate about helping underprivileged children know their purpose and find their passion.  

My favorite part of my career is fulfilling my own purpose to guide and educate as many people as possible when it comes to home buying preparation, the home buying process, credit, and any other valuable information I have learned throughout the past 15+ years in this industry.   I believe our country’s education curriculum is lacking when it comes to general financial literacy.  I take pride in helping make the road to home ownership seem more attainable and am a firm believer that knowledge is true power.
