Thank you for visiting my site.  I am excited at the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself so that you’re comfortable with your decision to work with me.

Joseph Frank Manzione found his calling over 25 years ago and has been helping his clients achieve the dream of home ownership ever since.  He is the consummate mortgage loan originator and a born communicator who is passionate about his craft and structuring the best loan program possible for his clients.  

Joseph has extensive knowledge and experience in all home loan programs including those for new homebuyers, FHA, VA, 203k home renovation loans, and reverse mortgages for seniors  for  of all loan programs of new homebuyer programs 
Joseph is dedicated to helping his clients and is tenacious in ensuring that the mortgage process is stress-free and that deadlines are met.

He is a top producer with a giant personality and an innate ability to connect with his clients.  He believes a mortgage loan originator should be about building relationships and helping customers achieve their home financing goals, not just a transaction.  Although driven to succeed and do right by his clients, Joseph's personality and a keen sense of humor are what makes working with him such an enjoyable experience.  
Known for a tireless work ethic, Joseph makes himself available to clients seven days a week, even when on vacation!  It is a strong reason he enjoys a 5-star client rating on zillow.com and that client referral and repeat clients comprise most of his business.

Originally from the Bronx, Joseph and his wife are long-time residents of Levittown, NY, where they raised two daughters, now in their twenties.   Fun fact, for 20 years he and his family visited Disney World every year without fail.  Joseph is a distinguished veteran, having served honorably in the U.S. Marines.
